Do you do a background check?

Our My Assistant and Executive subscribers information is verified and screened, allowing employers to employer with confidence.


Do you check my credit?

We do not check your credit.


Do my current employers find out? Do you contact them?

We do not contact your current employers without your authorization.


Do you contact me references?

We do send an email to your references and ask them to reply.


How does the Social Media Scan work?

We search the main social media outlets such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc for content both written and images which may present you in a less than professional manner. We then alert you and take steps to help remove those remarks or postings.


What do I do about negative remarks about me online?

Many times applicants are fortune enough that, they have made mistakes in social media and are able to remove those comments or inappropriate images from their accounts, in instance where comments or postings are from 3rd party candidates, there are several options to discuss with your Career Counselor.

You can setup 3 levels of service with JobNixi. The Recruiter level is free and we promise it will always remain free.

You receive a weekly email with your job application report. You can also see your statistics on your Candidate Menu page

Whats the difference between Recruiter, My Assistant, Executive subscription levels?

Recruiter is free, allows you to have a candidate profile with a unique link which you can share and your profile is seen by hundreds of recruiters.


My Assistant has the same benefits as Recruiter but automatically searches and applies to postings from the top 20 sites and local listings. You also get a weekly report.


Executive provides all the benefits of Recruiter and My Assistant plus your information is verified and we will Scan Social Media and the internet for negative remarks and provide Reputation Management.


How long does it take to setup a profile?

It takes most applicants 20-30 minutes to fully complete a Candidate Profile and it takes our staff 3-5 business days to verify any needed information.


What do I need to setup a candidate profile?

You will need a copy of your resume and cover letter in PDF or DOC format.

A copy of a government issued ID.


How do I maximize my Candidate Profile?

Its best to speak to a Career Counselor, you can start by starting a chat with a Career Counselor. You can also learn more about Profile Enhancers, such as Letters of Recommendation, Work Product, and Certifications.


How do I add my Letters of Recommendation and Work Product to my Profile?

Go to your Candidate Menu page and contact your Career Counselor. Provide your Letters of Recommendation and once verified they will be added to your Candidate profile. Allow 3-5 business days.

Do the employers contact JobNixi or do they contact me directly?

We search and submit your resume and application on your behalf. The employers will contact you at the information provided on your resume and application


Does JobNixi take any percentage of my salary?

We search and submit your resume and application on your behalf. Your contact with the employer, interview and hiring process is not within our control. You will be in direct contact with the employer and we take no fees or percentage from your salary.


Are these contacted jobs, full time or part time?

You can indicate what type of work you are looking for, we search and submit your resume and application on your behalf.
